dFm is seeking a Graphic Designer with prior experience in the agency space and a deep understanding of digital communications. dFm designers are masters of the fundamentals but approach each new project with creativity, speed, flexibility, and positivity. Familiarity with editorial, commercial, and advertising work is a must, as is experience with Google Slides and/or Keynote, an advanced knowledge of typography, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.

-Conduct research, coordinate vendors, and help prepare event documents including production schedules production books, and packing manifests.

Responsibilities:

-Assist the social media team with content creation and execution supporting several lines of business including restaurants, hotels, fashion and more.

-Gather and organize relevant user-generated content.

-Research upcoming local events and identify branding and content opportunities.

-Monitor and suggest content for social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.

-Writing copy, proof-reading and quality assurance of social campaigns

-Create reports to track and analyze social media performance.

Qualifications:

-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

-Strong attention to detail and advanced preparation. Superior organization skills are a must.

Responsibilities :
– Provide day-to-day administrative support for office
– Aid in planning and execution of The dFm experiential and campaign projects
– Create mood boards for projects
– Create content for social media (including video clips, gifs, designs, photos etc)
– Perform research and assist with the creative assembly of decks for accounts
– Help identify brand goals and new initiatives for clients
– Research social media trends and key influencers
– Create and maintain contact lists, databases, and showroom inventory
– Assist with sample trafficking for multiple accounts
– Assist during events

Requirements :
– Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Proficiency in creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Must be able to perform under tight deadlines with precision and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize
– Eager, motivated and organized
– Desire to work in the experiential/creative field
– Interest in art, fashion, music

-Strong design background
