dFm is seeking a Los Angeles Office Manager to help direct office operations and assist the Director of Operations in the management of accounting, legal, and HR. Must possess basic accounting knowledge and experience with data entry in Excel, Google Sheets, and Quickbooks. The ideal candidate will have graduated with a degree in Marketing, Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or other business-related field. Prior experience in office management, accounting, or finance is ideal but not required.

The Director of Experiential will be equal parts producer, ideator, project manager, and problem solver. This position is responsible for the development and execution of all experiential marketing strategies for all of dFm. The Director of Experiential defines, implements, and manages creative and scalable experiential events for our roster of clients.

 

The right candidate will have the ability to work with senior leadership as well as our business development, account management, and creative teams. The ability to define an event strategy and manage its execution is critical. The right candidate will have the drive and determination to create and manage multiple initiatives with creativity and innovation, executing projects on schedule. You’re ambitious, entrepreneurial, and have a natural ease and manner with clients.

The Brand Partnerships Director will seek out and evaluate new partnership opportunities and business development opportunities on behalf of dFm, as well as support current partner relationships. By fully leveraging relationships of dFm, the Brand Partnerships Director will engage current and new partners to drive engagement, increase exposure and awareness, all while driving revenue for the agency.

Graphic Designer

dFm is seeking a Graphic Designer with prior experience in the agency space and a deep understanding of digital communications. dFm designers are masters of the fundamentals but approach each new project with creativity, speed, flexibility, and positivity. Familiarity with editorial, commercial, and advertising work is a must, as is experience with Google Slides and/or Keynote, an advanced knowledge of typography, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
