Brand Partnerships Director

Graphic Designer

dFm is seeking a Graphic Designer with prior experience in the agency space and a deep understanding of digital communications. dFm designers are masters of the fundamentals but approach each new project with creativity, speed, flexibility, and positivity. Familiarity with editorial, commercial, and advertising work is a must, as is experience with Google Slides and/or Keynote, an advanced knowledge of typography, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Office Manager

The Office Manager will be in charge of the following duties as it relates to the overall team needs:  
– Welcome visitors and employees, answer/transfer incoming calls
– Security related building management
– Parking needs for client meetings
– Maintaining the office and meeting spaces, cleaning services, general supplies, and mail
– Employee birthdays (track and celebrate)
The Office Manager position will require overall management of dFm internship program:
– Recruitment
– Scheduling and coordination with key counterparts and team members
The Office Manager will support SVP and department heads (as needed). The following tasks will be responsible of the Office Manager on a timely basis:
– Travel related needs and bookings
– Expense Reimbursements and Management
– New furniture orders
– Assist with logistics for client and companywide meetings
– Planning and coordination for team events / get togethers

The Office Manager will handle all logistics for client and company-wide meetings
The Office Manager will be responsible for all of the above and in addition will join other company projects as needed

–    At least 2 years of Office Management experience

Creative Interns aid in planning and execution of dFm experiential and campaign projects.



-Perform research and assist with the creative assembly of decks for accounts.
-Create mood boards for projects.
-Create content for social media (including video clips, gifs, designs, photos etc).
-Help identify brand goals and new initiatives for clients.
-Research social media trends and key influencers.
-Create and maintain contact lists, databases, and showroom inventory.
-Assist with sample trafficking for multiple accounts
-Assist during events

-Provide day-to-day support for the office.


Qualifications :
-Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in creating and editing documents in Google software.
